Skeleton Mermaids Bandanas

I couldn't help myself with this unique fabric find!100% cotton fabric with skeleton mermaids. All bandanas have a scrunchie neck for easy slip on & off with human hands, but not paws.

I would pair this fabric with a blue fringe trim, but customization is also available.
